Each project is approached with thoughtful precision, creative vision, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team and work closely with the Founder and Design Director on the development and execution of high-end residential projects throughout Chicago and the North Shore. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional organization, and a passion for translating design concepts into beautifully realized homes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the Founder and Design Director on the development and execution of high-end residential interiors</li><li>Produce detailed architectural AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, interior elevations, and design documentation</li><li>Prepare and maintain FF&amp;E schedules, specifications, and project documentation</li><li>Research and source furnishings, lighting, materials, finishes, and custom pieces from luxury vendors and showrooms</li><li>Obtain and organize vendor quotes, pricing, and lead times</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets and tracking costs throughout the design process</li><li>Prepare polished client presentations including mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, fabricators, architects, and contractors</li><li>Manage sample orders, finish selections, and the studio material library</li><li>Assist with site visits, installations, and project coordination</li><li>Maintain organized project files and assist with project schedules and timelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD</li><li>Experience producing drawing sets and detailed design documentation</li><li>Strong knowledge of luxury furnishings, finishes, and vendor resources</li><li>Experience with FF&amp;E schedules, sourcing, vendor quotes, and budgeting</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools</li><li>Excellent organization and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or related field</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and access to a car for site visits and showroom sourcing within Chicago</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential work</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed luxury residential projects</li><li>Collaborative studio environment</li><li>Direct collaboration with experienced design leadership</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Extended PTO</li><li>Opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed luxury residential projects</li><li>Collaborative studio environment</li><li>Direct collaboration with experienced design leadership</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Extended PTO</li></ul>Pay: $73,152.83 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
