If you are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in real estate transactions and corporate law, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.</li><li>Perform title and survey reviews, identifying and resolving title issues.</li><li>Prepare corporate documents, including entity formations, resolutions, and annual filings.</li><li>Coordinate closings by liaising with clients, title companies, and other parties.</li><li>Manage due diligence processes for real estate and corporate matters.</li><li>Maintain and organize legal documents, files, and databases.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in real estate and corporate law.</li><li>Proficiency with real estate closing software and legal research tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow, and closing procedures.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in commercial litigation is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

About Us:We are a boutique commercial real estate law firm and property management company specializing in managing and operating a diverse portfolio of investments in New York.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This role is integral to ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting both property management and legal functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support of a real estate portfolio consisting of residential apartments and retail stores.</li><li>Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including tenant communications, scheduling, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leases, service contracts, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation related to property operations.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys on closings and legal matters as needed.</li><li>Handle billing, invoice processing, and expense tracking for property-related transactions.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.</li><li>Support special projects and other tasks assigned by the Property Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in law, real estate, property management, or a related administrative role preferred.
