Aaronson and Rash, PLLC is a small firm located in Southwest Houston (near Highway 59/69 and Harwin Drive) owned by partners who have over 40 years of combined experience in a variety of claims specializing in product liability cases. We are currently looking for a detail‑oriented person to help keep our data and systems running smoothly.Qualifications of the applicant:<ul><li>Working knowledge of MS Access</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of MS Power Automate and automation tools.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Duties of the position include:<ul><li>Review and prepare data to be imported to MS Access</li><li>Import data from various sources</li><li>Create and run basic SQL Queries</li><li>Execute reports</li><li>Update CRM Records</li><li>Support general office operations</li></ul>Legal experience is not necessary.Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.Bilingual is a plus.Flexible work hours.Office hours are 9 AM- 5 PM, Monday-Thursday and 9 AM-1 PM on Fridays.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
