IT Support (Entry Level)

Aaronson and Rash, PLLC is a small firm located in Southwest Houston (near Highway 59/69 and Harwin Drive) owned by partners who have over 40 years of combined experience in a variety of claims specializing in product liability cases. We are currently looking for a detail‑oriented person to help keep our data and systems running smoothly.

Qualifications of the applicant:

• Working knowledge of MS Access
• Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic understanding of MS Power Automate and automation tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Duties of the position include:

• Review and prepare data to be imported to MS Access
• Import data from various sources
• Create and run basic SQL Queries
• Execute reports
• Update CRM Records
• Support general office operations

Legal experience is not necessary.

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.

Bilingual is a plus.

Flexible work hours.

Office hours are 9 AM- 5 PM, Monday-Thursday and 9 AM-1 PM on Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
