We are an internationally recognized luxury retail/wholesale company seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

This is a front-facing role in a high-end showroom, ideal for someone who presents professionally, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist clients, creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience
  • Answer and direct phone calls and general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front desk and showroom
  • Support executives and team members with basic administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain filing systems and accurate records
  • Monitor and restock office/showroom supplies
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to office procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Professional appearance and business casual presentation appropriate for a luxury environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
