Stafford, LLC is a growing law firm located in Columbia, Maryland. We represent clients in Maryland and Washington, D.C. in matters involving employment law and professional license defense.We are seeking a motivated and personable Receptionist / Intake Specialist to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is dependable, and takes pride in providing exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Warmly welcome and assist visitors and clients in person and over the phone.</li><li>Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and gather key information.</li><li>Accurately enter and maintain data in the firm&rsquo;s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and clients.</li><li>Maintain inventory of office supplies.</li><li>Uphold a professional, courteous, and dependable presence in the office.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.</li><li>Comfortable engaging in consultative sales conversations and identifying client needs.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Outlook and willingness to learn firm-specific software (training provided).</li><li>Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Retirement plan (401k, etc.)</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-Time</li><li>Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday, (9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM)</li><li>Location: In-office, Columbia, MD 21044</li><li>Compensation: $22/hour</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
