About the FirmThe Law Office of Lance Drury is a tax resolution law firm representing clients with serious IRS and state tax problems. Our principal office is located in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, with additional offices in St. Louis, Missouri; Nashville, Tennessee; and San Antonio and Houston, Texas.We are seeking a bilingual paralegal / legal assistant to join our San Antonio office. This is an in-person position, ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes initiative and communicates well with clients, attorneys, and team members.We value integrity, teamwork, and a drama-free workplace. Every employee is treated like family&mdash;and we expect the same respect in return.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and send client letters, IRS forms, and other correspondence for the Texas offices and assist our other offices when needed.</li><li>Communicate with clients to obtain completed forms, signatures, and supporting documents.</li><li>Notify attorneys of urgent IRS notices and their response deadlines.</li><li>Organize and maintain open and closed case files.</li><li>Prepare financial statements and IRS Form 433 series disclosures.</li><li>Submit IRS Forms.</li><li>Answer and route calls, mails, and other correspondences.</li><li>Provide administrative and case support to attorneys across all firm offices.</li><li>Assist the Ste.
