The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a proven track record in a law firm setting. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service to our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist attorneys in preparing immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation</li><li>Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other professionals in both English and Spanish</li><li>Manage case files, deadlines, and correspondence efficiently</li><li>Draft cover letters and legal correspondence</li><li>Gather and organize supporting evidence for cases</li><li>Schedule client appointments and maintain office calendar</li><li>Provide high-quality customer service with professionalism and discretion</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm setting (immigration law preferred)</li><li>Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven reliability and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus</li></ul>*How to Apply: Please submit your resume.
