Our firm has grown exponentially in recent years because of one thing: our unwavering commitment to serving immigrant families with compassion, excellence, and determination.We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal who shares this mission, someone who wants more than just a job, but a career filled with purpose, growth, and the chance to make a true difference in people&rsquo;s lives.Why Join Us?<ul><li>Competitive Salary: $50,000 &ndash; $70,000 per year (based on experience)</li><li>Exceptional Benefits:</li><li>Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li>Paid vacation, generous sick days, and parental/family leave</li><li>Year-end bonus</li><li>Growth &amp; Stability: Be part of a thriving office with tremendous opportunities for advancement</li><li>Supportive Team: Work alongside attorneys and paralegals who embody the spirit of hope and collaboration</li></ul>Your ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of our team, you will handle a wide range of immigration matters, including:<ul><li>Preparing applications for Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing (I-485, I-130, I-360, I-864, I-765, I-131, DS-260).</li><li>Drafting I-601A waivers, N-400 applications, DACA applications, I-751 petitions, and U visa applications for USCIS.</li><li>Preparing waiver applications for the Immigration Courts (EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B, I-589).</li><li>Assisting with SIJS petitions for submission to New York and New Jersey Family Courts.</li><li>Compiling evidentiary packets for Immigration Court proceedings.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience as an Immigration Paralegal (preferred)</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish (required)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Office Hours: 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Hybrid flexibility available</li></ul>A Message of InspirationEvery day, our clients walk through our doors carrying stories of sacrifice, courage, and hope.
