Your Role:

You’ll handle a diverse, rewarding caseload, including:

• Representing clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before the Immigration Court (NYC & other jurisdictions)
• Attending USCIS interviews: Adjustment of Status, Stokes, I-751, Naturalization
• Preparing and filing motions, evidence packets, joint motions, appeals, and legal briefs
• Litigating SIJS petitions before New York Family Courts
• Supervising skilled immigration paralegals
• Visiting clients held in immigration or criminal detention

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience
• Spanish fluency preferred (but not required)
• Strong courtroom presence and writing skills
• Passion for immigrant justice, human dignity, and legal excellence
• Team player ready to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact firm
