Location: Flushing, NYEmployment Type: Full-Time**Job Overview:**We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our law firm. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment. You will be responsible for front desk coverage, phone support, and general administrative tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.**Responsibilities:*** Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner* Greet and assist clients at the front desk* Schedule appointments and manage calendars* Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff* Prepare, organize, and file documents (electronic and physical)* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries* Maintain a clean and organized front office area* Assist with basic HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, and tracking attendance* Assist with basic office coordination and day-to-day tasks as needed* Maintain and update spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)* Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn* Ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyNice to Have (Not Required):Previous front desk, customer service, or office experience**What We Offer:**On-the-job training and supportPositive and professional work environmentOpportunity to grow within the firmPay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
