Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Assistant Case Manager to join our legal team. This paid position provides a chance to develop valuable skills within a collaborative and fast-paced law office environment dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with case intake procedures, including client interviews and initial documentation collection</li><li>Prepare, review and organize legal correspondence, case evidence, contracts, and medical records using document management systems Filevine and Word.</li><li>Support attorneys with drafting legal correspondence, reports, and summaries with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Manage data entry tasks related to case files, client information, and medical treatment while maintaining meticulous records</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients, witnesses, medical providers, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional correspondence.</li><li>Assist in preparing for client interviews by organizing materials and conducting preliminary reviews of police reports and medical records.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior administrative experience in a law office setting is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently</li><li>Familiarity with document review and case management software such as Filevine is a plus.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting reports, summaries, and legal correspondence.</li><li>Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>Strong clerical skills including filing, document management system use, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions</li></ul>Join us in this rewarding role where your contributions directly impact the early stages of our clients&rsquo; legal journeys.
