Experienced Family Law Associate AttorneyWe are looking for an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. We have an office in Austin and an office in Harker Heights. You must be knowledgeable in conducting bench trials, preparing witnesses for trial, advising clients, negotiating with opposing attorneys, and attending mediations, conducting depositions, and providing consultations. Also, must be knowledgeable in all phases of litigation, drafting pleadings and orders, preparing discovery, coordinating court hearings and negotiations. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must as well as handling time-sensitive matters and meeting deadlines. This is a fast-paced office.
