Ziegler Diamond Law is seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team remotely. This position would place more focus on Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, and would also involve some Chapter 7 responsibilities. This position is fully remote.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases</li><li>Attend 341 meetings, motion hearings, and court proceedings</li><li>Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients navigating financial difficulties</li><li>Review and approve bankruptcy petitions and related filings</li><li>Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management</li><li>Drafting and filing Chapter 13 plans, handling claims and objections, and managing any required amendments</li><li>Representing clients confidently in confirmation hearings and resolving confirmation-related issues</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Licensed to practice in the Middle District of Florida (Northern and Southern District licensing is a bonus)</li><li>Strong background in Chapter 13 bankruptcy work, including remote case management</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fully remote role while delivering top-notch client service</li></ul>Please reply with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the right fit for this role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
