Post-Filing Bankruptcy Paralegal (FL - Fully Remote)

Ziegler Diamond Law is seeking an experienced Post-Filing Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team in a fully remote capacity for 20-30 hours per week. This role is crucial in guiding our clients through the post-filing phase of bankruptcy proceedings.

In this position, you will take on responsibilities that include:

• Drafting motions and preparing for hearings on more intricate post-filing issues
• Handling confirmation matters and other complex bankruptcy-related tasks beyond the initial filing phase
• Providing top-tier client support by fielding calls and answering questions with empathy and expertise

What We’re Looking For:
We are specifically looking for candidates with solid experience in bankruptcy law. This is not an entry-level role, and familiarity with the nuances of post-filing procedures is a must. You’ll thrive in this position if you have strong organizational skills, can manage multiple cases remotely, and are dedicated to delivering compassionate client service.
