We are looking to hire someone immediately!Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems (2), answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google, and other office software</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements for staff.</li><li>Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support daily office functions</li><li>Support office management activities including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google</li><li>Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and bilingual communication abilities preferred</li><li>Previous experience with front desk operations, data entry, filing, and proofing documents</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant and become a key contributor to our efficient, friendly workplace!
