Applicants must be accountable and responsible and willing to learn new things.Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices. This role serves as a strategic partner to management and a resource to employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.</li><li>Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations while promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Policy: Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws; update and enforce employee handbooks and HR procedures.</li><li>Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems, set employee development goals, and support managers in coaching and feedback.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures; research and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Coordinate employee training programs, leadership development, and compliance training.</li><li>HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.</li><li>Records &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS systems, and prepare reports for leadership decision-making.</li><li>Health, Safety, and Well-being: Support workplace safety programs, wellness initiatives, and leave management (FMLA, ADA, workers&rsquo; compensation, etc.).</li></ul>QualificationsKnowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.</li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations.</li></ul>If this sounds like you - apply!
