We are a growing firm with offices in Encino, Riverside, Oakland and Palm Desert. We are looking for a legal intake specialist in our Encino Office. The ideal candidate should have a warm and engaging personality and good customer service skills.Duties/Responsibilities<ul><li>Screening calls and conducting intakes for personal injury and workers compensation cases.</li><li>Answering phones and clerical/administrative responsibilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish Speaking) a plus but not required.</li><li>Previous experience as an intake specialist required!</li><li>Outstanding customer service skills required</li><li>Experience in lead docket a plus but not required.</li></ul>If this sounds like you - apply!
