Experienced Legal SecretaryPrestigious law firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, full-time Legal Secretary to join our team of two attorneys and secretarial support staff to produce consistent quality service to our clients.Main Responsibilities&middot; Coordinate with staff to answer telephones, transcribe dictation and prepare legal pleadings and correspondence.&middot; Organize and maintain client files.&middot; Copy, scan , upload and organize documents.&middot; Complete electronic filing of pleadings with the courts.Qualifications &amp; Skills&middot; Transcription experience required with strong typing and proofreading skills.&middot; Civil litigation experience with knowledge of pleadings, discovery and court e-file procedures.&middot; Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook; familiarity with legal case management software.&middot; Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.&middot; Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and understanding of client confidentiality. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<ul><li>Compensation based on qualifications.
