We are looking for an experienced assistant to support our new client intake/onboarding department.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide administrative support to new client intake/onboarding department</li><li>Assist with communication between firm and clients, insurance companies, police departments, and medical providers etc.</li><li>Prepare and file basic legal documents and correspondence</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Create, maintain and update digital client files using cloud-based case management system</li><li>Monitor deadlines and manage calendar for client meetings, etc</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as an admin assistant or secretary (personal injury law firm and/or intake experience ++)</li><li>Ability to learn and follow firm onboarding procedures and practices</li><li>Written/spoken proficiency in English and Spanish</li><li>Proficient computer skills (prior knowledge of cloud-based legal case management software ++)</li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Diego, CA 92108 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>San Diego, CA 92108: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
