 Position Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a detail-oriented
 
 Bankruptcy Claims Specialist
 
 to prepare, review, and file claims and related documents. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely filings across multiple jurisdictions.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be responsible for handling a high volume of files while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and file
 
 Proofs of Claim (POC)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare
 
 Transfer of Claim (TOC)
 
 filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 PCN (Proof of Claim Notices)
 
 and
 
 PPFN
 
 documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic
 
 due diligence
 
 on bankruptcy files (review collateral, loan data, and supporting documents)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all filings meet
 
 court requirements and deadlines
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload and manage filings through
 
 PACER and CM/ECF systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track filing status and maintain accurate internal records
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with internal team members regarding file status, issues, or missing information
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high accuracy while managing
 
 daily/weekly volume targets
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years experience in
 
 bankruptcy claims, legal processing, or similar role
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 POC, TOC, and bankruptcy filing procedures
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using
 
 PACER / CM-ECF systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage
 
 high-volume workflows
 
 efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with deadlines and time-sensitive filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and case management systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred (Not Required)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 mortgage servicers or foreclosure/bankruptcy firms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of
 
 Chapter 7, 11, and 13 processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience handling nationwide filings
 </li>
 </ul>
