The Administrative Legal Assistant plays a crucial role within our legal performance team, by providing high-value support to our offices. This role demands proficiency in legal administration, document management, and client-service orientation.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Providing administrative support and enhancing office effectiveness.</li><li>Handling communication with clients, witnesses etc.</li><li>Administratively supporting and attending trials.</li><li>Preparing case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories and testimony.</li><li>Conducting thorough statistical/ documentary research.</li><li>Sourcing and verifying important case intelligence.</li><li>Produce and file various legal documents such as appeals, motions or petitions.</li><li>Maintaining contact lists and monitoring deadlines on legal deliverables.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with procedures and protocols.</li><li>Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a office.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of constitution, terminology, regulations and court system.</li><li>Excellent secretarial and organizational skills.</li></ul>The Administrative Legal Assistant is essential in coordinating the daily activities of the office to ensure clients receive an excellent service.Pay: $29.23 - $45.39 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
