Marketing Professional &ndash; Traditional + Brand-Side FocusedNew York, NY | Full-Time | $140,000&ndash;$200,000One of NYC&rsquo;s most high-profile Law Firms is hiring a Marketing Professional to lead our marketing unit. Extremely experienced in brand marketing and both traditional and digital media, gets things done fast, and thrives in an execution-first environment.This is not a social media manager role. It is a creative and brand marketing executive role. It&rsquo;s for someone who can write a creative spot, buy airtime, negotiate with reps, and deliver results &mdash; all before lunch.Looking for a marketing professional with who meets all of the below qualifications:<ul><li>10 plus years of consistent hands-on marketing experience (not just managing strategy decks)</li></ul><ul><li>Deep NYC roots &mdash; either based here or deeply plugged into the culture</li></ul><ul><li>Direct consistent experience in the last 10 years in traditional advertising, especially radio and television, out-of-home (OOH), direct mail and print.</li></ul><ul><li>Media buying: You&rsquo;ve negotiated with vendors and bought placements &mdash; not just managed an agency that did it for you</li></ul><ul><li>Creative writing chops: You&rsquo;ve written or overseen the writing of ads TV, radio, AND print</li></ul><ul><li>Brand-side experience: You&rsquo;ve worked for real, local brands &mdash; not just on the agency side</li></ul><ul><li>You have experience with tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance</li></ul><ul><li>Comfort with lower middle-market environments ($5M&ndash;$20M range)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with events, sponsorships, and promo items is a plus</li></ul>Any candidates with the below criteria will be disqualified:&bull;Does not have consistent marketing experience over the last 10 years&bull;Solely experienced in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social, etc.)<ul><li>Does not have experience in traditional media (either TV, radio, out-of-home advertising, print, etc)</li></ul><ul><li>A content creator for PR-only including person, influencer manager, or editorial writer</li></ul><ul><li>A high-level VP or exec who only oversees decks and never executes</li></ul><ul><li>Coming from a Fortune 500 or global agency where everything was outsourced</li></ul><ul><li>A designer, art director, or someone focused only on creative visuals</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Spearheading all branding and advertising strategy across traditional and digital channels</li></ul><ul><li>Writing and conceptualizing creative copy for TV, radio, and print</li></ul><ul><li>Executing media buys, overseeing placements, and negotiating with vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Analyzing campaign performance and reporting ROI to leadership</li></ul><ul><li>Managing our client experience and brand presence across the city</li></ul><ul><li>Procuring branded merchandise, planning event presence, and overseeing partnerships</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborating with our in-house and external teams to bring big ideas to life</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$160,000&ndash;$200,000 salary (based on experience)</li></ul><ul><li>401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance</li></ul><ul><li>PTO and paid holidays</li></ul>This is a rare chance to run point on high-impact campaigns in one of NYC&rsquo;s most competitive legal spaces.If you&rsquo;re the kind of person who knows how to write a killer spot, buy the airtime, and measure the return &mdash; we want to meet you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
