Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic landscape team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of lawn care, landscaping, and horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and commitment to quality will help create beautiful, healthy environments for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure lawns and landscapes are neat and well-groomed</li><li>Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently</li><li>Maintain landscape features including hardscape elements like pathways and patios</li><li>Conduct tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and planting with proper techniques</li><li>Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns</li><li>Use hand tools and machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation</li><li>Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow their skills</li><li>Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is a plus</li><li>Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care practices</li><li>Experience with tree trimming, hardscape installation, or irrigation systems is advantageous</li><li>Ability to operate construction or excavation equipment such as excavators is beneficial but not mandatory</li><li>Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about outdoor environments and eager to contribute to beautiful landscapes!
