The person in this role will be expected to embody these principles &mdash; not just manage tasks, but genuinely lead people. Growth is expected, but the baseline has to be there.</li></ul>This person will attend the weekly L10 Leadership Meeting and quarterly offsite planning sessions. They will have a seat at the table when we set company Rocks, review the Scorecard, and work through issues as a leadership team. This is not a role where you show up, complete tasks, and clock out. This is a role where you help shape what this company becomes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assign proper leads and crews for daily load-outs</li><li>Coordinate maintenance crew schedules</li><li>Oversee landscape installations and coordinate with Landscape Crew Lead</li><li>Manage facilities and shop operations, including weekly inventories</li><li>Conduct customer meetings for quotes, issues, and walkthroughs</li><li>Conduct second interviews and equipment tests for new employees</li><li>Arrange field tests with new employees</li><li>Manage employee onboarding paperwork coordination with HR</li><li>Handle employee write-ups and evaluations</li><li>Lead daily Crew stand-up meetings</li><li>Manage employee time entries and job times in Jobber</li><li>Track shop issues and equipment maintenance in Service Spreadsheet</li><li>Attend and actively participate in weekly L10 Leadership Meeting (EOS)</li><li>Attend quarterly offsite leadership meetings to set Rocks, review company vision, and align on 90-day priorities</li></ul>Required QualificationsMust-Have:<ul><li>3+ years experience in landscape/lawn care operations or similar field service management</li><li>Proven crew leadership and scheduling experience (e.g., directing 2&ndash;5 crew members across multiple job sites, assigning daily tasks)</li><li>Keeping up morale, holding people accountable to show-up and quality standards</li><li>Able to independently build and maintain a well-organized daily schedule that keeps jobs, appointments, and routes running efficiently</li><li>Proficiency with technology (mobile apps, scheduling software)</li><li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with Jobber or similar field service management software</li><li>Experience with Spreadsheets or similar project management tools</li><li>Knowledge of landscape installation procedures</li><li>Skidsteer equipment operation certification/ability</li><li>Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or experience working within a structured operating framework preferred; training provided for the right candidate</li></ul>Compensation Range$55k base pay + upsell commissions and bi-annual profit sharePay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
