Lawyers for Justice, P.C. is seeking an experienced, execution-focused Manager, Integrated Marketing to manage the planning, coordination, and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across content, SEO, web, paid, social, and analytics.This role serves as a central execution lead &mdash; translating strategy into action, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns, content, and initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and uses performance insights and reporting to inform prioritization and execution.This is a highly collaborative execution role that partners closely with creative, social, SEO, paid media, and analytics stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery across channels, with a clear understanding of what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and where to optimize.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Campaign Execution<ul><li>Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across content, SEO, web, paid, and social channels</li><li>Translate strategy and priorities into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>Own launch readiness, QA, approvals, and cross-channel coordination to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery</li></ul>Content &amp; Blog Production Management<ul><li>Oversee blog and content production workflows from planning through publishing</li><li>Manage editorial calendars in collaboration with SEO partners and internal teams</li><li>Review content for clarity, accuracy, SEO alignment, and brand standards</li><li>Coordinate CMS uploads, formatting, and quality assurance</li></ul>SEO &amp; Website Execution Oversight<ul><li>Coordinate execution of SEO audits, technical fixes, and on-page improvements</li><li>Support website updates and migrations, including redirects, indexing checks, and QA</li><li>Ensure SEO recommendations are implemented accurately and consistently</li><li>Flag risks, issues, or dependencies that could impact performance or timelines</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Partner Coordination<ul><li>Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external agencies and vendors</li><li>Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops</li><li>Ensure vendor output meets quality, brand, and compliance standards</li><li>Escalate execution issues or risks as needed</li></ul>Social &amp; Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Partner closely with creative and social teams to align campaigns, content, and messaging</li><li>Provide content inputs and campaign coordination to support social execution</li><li>Ensure consistency across channels without owning daily scheduling or posting</li></ul>Analytics, Reporting &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track campaign performance and content outcomes using dashboards and reports</li><li>Partner with analytics and paid media teams to understand performance trends</li><li>Use insights to inform execution priorities, optimizations, and future planning</li><li>Support post-launch reporting and documentation</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Maintain organized campaign trackers, calendars, documentation, and asset libraries</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and follow-through across all initiatives</li><li>Support process improvements to increase efficiency and execution quality</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign coordination, or digital marketing</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO implementation, organic social, and campaign execution</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail</li><li>Clear written communication and comfort working cross-functionally</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and social scheduling platforms like Later, Sprinkler, Sprout, etc.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment</li></ul>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in translating creative concepts into seamless, multi-channel execution.Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience managing or working with creative and content production teams.</li><li>Prior work with multilingual or multicultural marketing campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with legal or service-based marketing (a plus, not required).</li><li>Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Litify, Mail Chimp)</li></ul>Pay: $75,000-$90,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
