Lawyers for Justice, P.C. is seeking an experienced, execution-focused Manager, Integrated Marketing to manage the planning, coordination, and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across content, SEO, web, paid, social, and analytics.
This role serves as a central execution lead — translating strategy into action, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns, content, and initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and uses performance insights and reporting to inform prioritization and execution.
This is a highly collaborative execution role that partners closely with creative, social, SEO, paid media, and analytics stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery across channels, with a clear understanding of what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external agencies and vendors
- Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
- Ensure vendor output meets quality, brand, and compliance standards
- Escalate execution issues or risks as needed
Social & Creative Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative and social teams to align campaigns, content, and messaging
- Provide content inputs and campaign coordination to support social execution
- Ensure consistency across channels without owning daily scheduling or posting
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and content outcomes using dashboards and reports
- Partner with analytics and paid media teams to understand performance trends
- Use insights to inform execution priorities, optimizations, and future planning
- Support post-launch reporting and documentation
Operational Excellence
- Maintain organized campaign trackers, calendars, documentation, and asset libraries
