Lawyers for Justice, P.C. is seeking an experienced, execution-focused Manager, Integrated Marketing to manage the planning, coordination, and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across content, SEO, web, paid, social, and analytics.

This role serves as a central execution lead — translating strategy into action, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns, content, and initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and uses performance insights and reporting to inform prioritization and execution.

This is a highly collaborative execution role that partners closely with creative, social, SEO, paid media, and analytics stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery across channels, with a clear understanding of what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across content, SEO, web, paid, and social channels
  • Translate strategy and priorities into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Own launch readiness, QA, approvals, and cross-channel coordination to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery

Content & Blog Production Management

  • Oversee blog and content production workflows from planning through publishing
  • Manage editorial calendars in collaboration with SEO partners and internal teams
  • Review content for clarity, accuracy, SEO alignment, and brand standards
  • Coordinate CMS uploads, formatting, and quality assurance

SEO & Website Execution Oversight

  • Coordinate execution of SEO audits, technical fixes, and on-page improvements
  • Support website updates and migrations, including redirects, indexing checks, and QA
  • Ensure SEO recommendations are implemented accurately and consistently
  • Flag risks, issues, or dependencies that could impact performance or timelines

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external agencies and vendors
  • Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
  • Ensure vendor output meets quality, brand, and compliance standards
  • Escalate execution issues or risks as needed

Social & Creative Collaboration

  • Partner closely with creative and social teams to align campaigns, content, and messaging
  • Provide content inputs and campaign coordination to support social execution
  • Ensure consistency across channels without owning daily scheduling or posting

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and content outcomes using dashboards and reports
  • Partner with analytics and paid media teams to understand performance trends
  • Use insights to inform execution priorities, optimizations, and future planning
  • Support post-launch reporting and documentation

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain organized campaign trackers, calendars, documentation, and asset libraries
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and follow-through across all initiatives
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and execution quality

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign coordination, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SEO implementation, organic social, and campaign execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Clear written communication and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and social scheduling platforms like Later, Sprinkler, Sprout, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in translating creative concepts into seamless, multi-channel execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing or working with creative and content production teams.
  • Prior work with multilingual or multicultural marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with legal or service-based marketing (a plus, not required).
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Litify, Mail Chimp)
