Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; Requirments:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Set direction, priorities, and goals for the Parts Department &amp; Retail Store.</div></li><li><p>
Operate a profitable department and manage items such as inventory control, staffing, and security.
</p></li><li><p>Actively manage various direct reports establishing goals &amp; objectives and managing to same</p></li><li><p>
Ensure proper staffing levels, assist recruiting to hire qualified candidates</p></li><li><p>
Provide continuous training and educational opportunities for Department associates</p></li><li><p>
Ensure fast courteous service consistent with &ldquo;Company Standards&rdquo; to all customers.</p></li><li><p>
Research pricing and availability of parts for customers.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinating with service teams ensures parts are always in stock and ready for use</p></li><li><p>
Problem-solving of accounting, manufacturer and customer issues</p></li><li><p>
Make sure that each technician receives the proper parts to ensure the successful repair of the vehicle in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>
Identify and coordinate improvement opportunities regarding special order parts, requisitioning, counter congestion, space, inventory integrity, manufacturer issues, warehouse organization, cycle count program, inventory planning, purchase price variances, E &amp; O disposition, returns management, and inbound telephone responsiveness.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor performance and take action regarding profitability, inventory levels, excess/obsolete parts, levels of service, and overtime.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise and monitor all retail-related activities.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all core processes are followed in all operational areas front end, back end &amp; expert counter.</p></li><li><p>
Support on-site and off-site events as needed</p></li><li><p>
Ensure a high level of recovery and cleanliness is marinated at all times. All product is well presented, signed &amp; properly displayed.</p></li><li><p>
Attend all company-required meetings.</p></li><li><p>
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.</p></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Valid Minnesota Driver&rsquo;s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements</div></li><li><p>
Experience in warehousing, retail parts sales helpful.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Inventory Planning and vendor selection helpful.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English</p></li><li><p>
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Availability to work in excess of 40 hours a week including nights and weekends with little to no advance notice.</div></li><li><p>
Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push and pull.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</p></li><li><p>
