As a TCS NEMT Driver, you are more than just a driver, you are a trusted representative of care. You&rsquo;ll ensure members reach their medical appointments safely, on time, and with dignity. TCS holds the highest standard: no missed trips, no late trips. Your mission is to drive efficiently, assist compassionately, and represent the values of trust, accountability, and respect at every stop.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for members to and from medical appointments</li><li>
Deliver empathetic service&mdash;treat every member with respect, kindness, and professionalism</li><li>
Assist members with mobility needs, including wheelchair boarding and safe entry/exit from the vehicle</li><li>
Plan routes and manage your schedule using mobile technology to ensure on-time performance</li><li>
Communicate proactively with dispatch and management about delays or issues</li><li>
Maintain accurate daily logs and complete all required documentation</li><li>
Perform vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns promptly</li><li>
Uphold company expectations: zero missed trips, zero late pickups</li></ul>
Performance Expectations<ul><li>
Trip Efficiency: Maintain a minimum of 2 trips/hour for ambulatory urban routes</li><li>
Safety: Achieve 90%+ safety scores; maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault incidents</li><li>
Member Experience: Provide service that reflects the compassion and quality of care TCS is known for</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Valid Indiana driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen</li><li>
Comfortable using mobile devices and navigation apps</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure</li><li>
Physically able to assist members and perform tasks such as lifting, vehicle entry/exit support, and occasional snow removal</li></ul>

Paid holidays after 90 days</li><li>

72 hours of PTO annually (available after 90 days)</li><li>
