Barista / Caf&eacute; Team MemberWe are looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join our caf&eacute; team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, able to multitask in a busy environment, and actively participate in the daily operations of the caf&eacute;.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items</li><li>Provide excellent customer service</li><li>Handle orders and payments efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute;</li><li>Assist with stock control and daily caf&eacute; operations</li><li>Look after and manage our Omani Halwa counter, ensuring products are well presented and customers are assisted professionally</li><li>Support the team in all areas of the business and contribute to the smooth running of the caf&eacute;</li><li>Create and manage social media content and engagement</li><li>Be flexible and available to cover staff leave, holidays, and absences when required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English</li><li>Strong multitasking and communication skills</li><li>Active, positive, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Good knowledge of social media platforms</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible approach to working hours and duties</li></ul>Advantage<ul><li>Chef or kitchen experience</li><li>Previous management or supervisory experience</li><li>Experience in a caf&eacute;, restaurant, or hospitality environment</li></ul>What We're Looking ForA proactive team player who is willing to take ownership of responsibilities, engage with customers, support colleagues, and contribute to the success of the caf&eacute; every day.If you are passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
