Barista / Café Team Member

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, able to multitask in a busy environment, and actively participate in the daily operations of the café.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle orders and payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
• Assist with stock control and daily café operations
• Look after and manage our Omani Halwa counter, ensuring products are well presented and customers are assisted professionally
• Support the team in all areas of the business and contribute to the smooth running of the café
• Create and manage social media content and engagement
• Be flexible and available to cover staff leave, holidays, and absences when required

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Active, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties

Advantage

• Chef or kitchen experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
