Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, committed to providing excellent customer service, and able to prepare high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely.

Take customer orders accurately and handle cash and card transactions.

Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

Restock supplies and assist with receiving deliveries.

Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.

Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
