Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and tea
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating areas
• Restock supplies such as milk, coffee beans, syrups, and cups
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
• Provide excellent and friendly customer service
• Support team members during busy periods

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/F&B environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team player
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
