Female Barista

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous barista experience in her home country and a passion for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Freshers in the UAE are highly encouraged to apply. UAE experience is not required. Candidates with 1–3 years of barista experience outside the UAE are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain attractive beverage presentation and café appearance.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Previous experience as a Barista in home country or overseas.
• Freshers in the UAE are welcome to apply.
• UAE experience is not mandatory.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating espresso machines.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and latte art.
• Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
