We're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you enjoy creating exceptional coffee, providing outstanding guest service, and are confident handling cashiering and POS operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 3–5 years (UAE experience preferred)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cashiering is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Professional, presentable, and guest-oriented.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and assist with menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front counter.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product quality at all times.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista with POS and cashiering responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
