Job Summary

As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating exceptional coffee experiences while delivering warm, genuine hospitality. You will prepare high-quality beverages, maintain a welcoming café environment, and ensure every guest enjoys their time with us.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare all coffee beverages in accordance with brand and market standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and daily opening/closing procedures

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee environment

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages

• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• A professional appearance and willingness to learn and grow
