Job Overview

The Mill Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide exceptional service.
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Support team members during busy service periods.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
• Experience with latte art is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Available to join immediately (preferred).

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
