Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Engagement</li><li>Meet with clients to understand project requirements, vision, and budget.</li><li>Prepare proposals, scope of work, and fee agreements.</li><li>Provide regular updates and manage client expectations.</li><li>Concept &amp; Design Development</li><li>Produce initial design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.</li><li>Develop schematic and detailed designs aligned with client needs and site conditions.</li><li>Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas clearly.</li><li>Technical Documentation</li><li>Prepare architectural drawings and technical details for permits and construction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with freelance consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) if required.</li><li>Project Coordination</li><li>Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during different project phases.</li><li>Review shop drawings, material samples, and coordinate approvals.</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.</li><li>Time &amp; Budget Management</li><li>Plan project schedules, set deliverables, and manage deadlines independently.</li><li>Monitor costs to stay within the client&rsquo;s budget.</li><li>Track hours worked against agreed freelance contract terms.</li><li>Business &amp; Professional Development</li><li>Maintain a professional portfolio and update personal brand/website.</li><li>Network with potential clients, developers, and consultants.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, software, and building standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong visualization &amp; presentation skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of construction detailing, local building codes, and authority approvals.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 3 monthsPay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Candidate must be available in the UAE </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>as Architect : 4 years (Required)</li></ul>
