Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager with a strong background in hotels and facility management to oversee daily operations, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support services. The candidate should have proven experience in managing 30&ndash;40 staff members and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient facility operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage complete facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendors</li><li>Supervise, train, and schedule a team of 30&ndash;40 employees</li><li>Ensure hotel-level cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective actions</li><li>Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, and service providers</li><li>Coordinate with clients/management for daily operational requirements</li><li>Monitor inventory, consumables, and equipment maintenance</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations</li><li>Handle staff attendance, performance, and discipline</li><li>Prepare reports on operations, incidents, and staffing</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Facility Manager / Operations Manager in Hotels or Facility Management companies</li><li>Experience managing large teams (minimum 30 staff)</li><li>Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, maintenance, and vendor coordination</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and client-handling skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, emails)</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts or flexible timings if required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹37,750.19 - ₹69,334.46 per monthWork Location: In person
