This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively, fast-paced environment where teamwork and guest satisfaction are at the forefront.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with the kitchen and bar staff</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a clean and organized environment</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow in fine dining or nightclub settings</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously</li><li>Proven ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations are essential</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to deliver unforgettable experiences through exceptional service!Pay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
