Located in the vibrant downtown area, nestled between D'Angelos Bakery and Yoga Soup, we are a locally owned and operated sanctuary dedicated to natural beauty and wellness.&lt;Job Overview&gt; We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Esthetician to join our passionate team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, provide personalized consultations, and enhance our guests&rsquo; overall experience. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while promoting our commitment to organic and eco-friendly practices.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care</li><li>Conduct consultations to assess clients&rsquo; skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products</li><li>Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and offering product demos that educate clients on benefits and usage</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff</li><li>Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and payment processing</li><li>Manage social media accounts to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with the community</li><li>Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering client inquiries</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Valid Cosmetology license with esthetician certification required</li><li>Experience with esthetic laser treatments, Botox or dermal fillers preferred but not required</li><li>Knowledge of body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, barbering, and hair extensions is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY</li><li>Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to perform treatments like deep tissue massage or tattooing is advantageous</li><li>Commitment to sanitation standards and excellent customer service skills</li></ul>Join us at Le Reve Organic Spa &amp; Boutique where your passion for beauty meets a supportive environment dedicated to natural wellness.
