<Job Overview>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Esthetician to join our passionate team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, provide personalized consultations, and enhance our guests’ overall experience. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while promoting our commitment to organic and eco-friendly practices.

<Duties>

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products
• Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and offering product demos that educate clients on benefits and usage
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and payment processing
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with the community
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering client inquiries

<Qualifications>

• Valid Cosmetology license with esthetician certification required
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, Botox or dermal fillers preferred but not required
• Knowledge of body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, barbering, and hair extensions is a plus
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to perform treatments like deep tissue massage or tattooing is advantageous
• Commitment to sanitation standards and excellent customer service skills

Pay: $57.00 - $70.40 per hour
