We value proactive individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in fast-paced environments.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.</li><li>Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to maintain durable and attractive surfaces.</li><li>Carry out janitorial duties like restroom sanitation, replenishing supplies, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure a sanitary environment.</li><li>Assist with custodial responsibilities including industrial cleaning projects, facilities maintenance tasks, and light repairs when necessary.</li><li>Support residential painting projects or minor touch-ups to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.</li><li>Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter roles is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively; familiarity with industrial cleaning tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions comfortably.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
