We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our creative salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair artistry, excellent technical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will lead by example, support stylists, and help maintain the salon&rsquo;s high standards of service and professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide a full range of professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and extensions.</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and train junior stylists and apprentices.</li><li>Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.</li><li>Manage client appointments, build loyal relationships, and encourage repeat business.</li><li>Support salon promotions, product sales, and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Uphold a positive team environment and represent the salon&rsquo;s brand values.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of professional hairdressing experience (including colour and cutting).</li><li>NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).</li><li>Strong knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.</li><li>Experience mentoring or supervising team members preferred.</li><li>Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per month
