Senior Hair Master - Lebanese or Europe

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our creative salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair artistry, excellent technical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will lead by example, support stylists, and help maintain the salon’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and extensions.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior stylists and apprentices.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Manage client appointments, build loyal relationships, and encourage repeat business.
• Support salon promotions, product sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Uphold a positive team environment and represent the salon’s brand values.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of professional hairdressing experience (including colour and cutting).
• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Experience mentoring or supervising team members preferred.
• Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
