You'll work closely with our development team to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet our business goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Design high-quality, user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites2. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing)6. Communicate design decisions and solutions effectively7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesRequirements:1. 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design2. Portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions3. Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles5. Excellent visual design and interaction design skills6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment7. Strong communication and problem-solving skillsNice to Have:1.
