This paid position is perfect for someone eager to develop their administrative expertise while making a meaningful impact within a vibrant team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage complex calendars using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.</li><li>Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Handle correspondence via phone, email, and multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette and prompt responsiveness.</li><li>Perform data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintain accurate records through filing, document proofreading, transcription, and office documentation management.</li><li>Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and assisting with task prioritization.</li><li>Oversee office management duties such as front desk responsibilities, supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support to maintain an efficient workspace.</li><li>Utilize office software including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with Office management tools like DocuSign.</li><li>Excellent typing speed combined with transcription and proofreading skills for accurate document handling.</li><li>Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.</li><li>Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly with integrity.
