About Us: At The Learning Grove, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youngest learners.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants (ages 0&ndash;12 months)</li><li>Provide attentive, responsive care to meet each child&rsquo;s individual needs</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment</li><li>Monitor developmental milestones and communicate progress with parents</li><li>Supervise and support assistant teachers or aides</li><li>Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies</li><li>Foster strong relationships with families through daily communication</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of High School Diploma. WVIT or ACDS REQUIRED.</li><li>Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting</li><li>Knowledge of infant development and best practices</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Ability to pass background check and meet West Virginia childcare licensing requirements</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>7:30am - 4:30pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed or contact us at 681.552.3660.
