PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT TEACHER

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Experience with young children preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
Support child assessments and family communication
Work collaboratively with teaching teams
