</div><div><div><div>JOB SUMMARY:</div></div><p></p><p><br>
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the operational and analytical needs of the Account Sales teams. This position ensures accurate reporting, efficient communication with key stakeholders (including customers such as Walmart, LCL &amp; Costco), and timely execution of forecasting, inventory, and replenishment tasks. The role requires strong collaboration across internal departments and external partners to maintain service levels, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic planning.</p><p></p><div><div><br>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</div></div><p></p><div><div><br>
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT</div></div><ul><li>
Maintain and distribute weekly reports including: POS and OOS reports and Manage order tracking and documentation</li><li>
Customer service management, oversees PO compliance and is the conduit between Leclerc and customer (WM, LCL, Costco)</li></ul><div></div><div><div><br>
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT &ndash; SUPPLY CHAIN</div></div><ul><li>
Prepare and collaborate on weekly Inventory Status reports</li><li>
Participate in bi-weekly Touchpoint meetings (EDI/SAP)</li><li>
Prepare and analyze Scorecard Reports</li><li>
Generate and validate Instock Calculation, Store On Hand, Fillrate, and ADHOC reports</li></ul><p></p><div><div><br>
DEMAND PLANNING</div></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with Demand Planning team to update weekly Inventory Status reports</li></ul><p></p><div><div><br>
FORECASTING &amp; BUDGETING</div></div><ul><li>
Develop monthly forecast tools and input baseline data into SAP</li><li>
Prepare reports for customer meetings</li></ul><p></p><div><div><br>
QUALIFICATIONS:</div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or sales operations</li><li>
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SAP, BOBJ)</li><li>
Retail Link, LDIA &amp; Circana experience required</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>
Bilingual (English/French) preferred</li><li>
CPG experience is required</li></ul><p></p><div><div><br>
